Annie Rigg is the author of over 15 cookbooks including Eat More Veg, the companion to this book. She is a Leith’s-trained chef, has worked for Delia Smith, and is part of the Great British Bake Off team, writing some of the official GBBO guides. She is also a food stylist with over 150 cookbook projects to her name, and a recipe developer and tester for restaurants, brands and production companies. She lives in Hampshire.
