ABOUT THE Author

Azmina Govindji is an award-winning registered dietitian, consultant nutritionist, international speaker and bestselling author. She is a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association and contributes expert advice on the NHS Choices website. Azmina is known for her appearances on shows such as This Morning, The Wright Stuff, The One Show, BBC News, the Victoria Derbyshire show and BBC’s Inside the Factory.
