Current vacancies at Pavilion Books
Sales Representative – Heritage Sales, Northern England & Scotland
Pavilion Books’ newly created Heritage Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic field-based sales representative in the North of England or Scotland.
Pavilion is an award-winning independent illustrated books publisher. Its heritage team sells titles from the publisher and its imprint Pitkin into the Museum, Gallery, Heritage and Gift sectors.
Reporting to the Heritage Sales Manager, this role will be on a part-time basis of 3 days a week and candidates should be based in the territory.
The ideal candidate will have experience in and detailed knowledge of this diverse and growing retail sector and/or sales experience. Key qualities the candidate will possess are a self-starting entrepreneurial sales drive and ability to identify new sales opportunities and open them.
If you feel you meet these requirements and are excited by the prospect of joining a new and energetic sales team and promoting a fantastic list of products into a largely undeveloped territory, please get in touch, sending a CV with cover letter, indicating current salary to Matt Fry, Heritage Sales Manager at email@example.com. A full and clean driving license is essential for this role.
Closing date for applications is 4th February 2018.
We occasionally offer work experience placements for between two and four weeks. These placements provide an opportunity to learn about how Pavilion Books works and the functions of its various departments.
Applicants should send a CV and a short outline as to why you want to undertake work experience with Pavilion Books, as well as any particular interests that you have, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
