Pavilion Books is recruiting a Production Assistant. This entry level position involves working closely with our Production Managers on a wide range of colour and mono books. Responsibilities include managing reprint schedules, with a view to taking new projects from origination at repro and overseeing the print process through to delivery.
No previous production experience is required but applicants must demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, teamwork and flexibility, and have a GCSE in Maths and English Language.
Knowledge of Indesign and Adobe desirable.
The role also involves reception duties three days a week. This includes answering switchboard calls and emails, receiving visitors to the office, processing post and ordering office supplies.

We occasionally offer work experience placements for between two and four weeks. These placements provide an opportunity to learn about how Pavilion Books works and the functions of its various departments.
