David Silver of The Vintage Watch Company

The Vintage Watch Company, owned by father and son duo, John and David Silver, was established in 1995 and is now based in London’s historic Burlington Arcade. It is dedicated to showcasing Vintage Rolex wristwatches from c1910–c1990. Their unparalleled collection carries over 2000 pieces and is the largest collection of Vintage Rolex watches on display in the world. The shop is now a destination for watch collectors and discerning shoppers from around the world.

Jenny Chandler

Jenny Chandler is a cookery teacher and food writer based in Bristol. She trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine where, after a decade of cheffing on sailboats and distant shores, she now works as a visiting lecturer. Jenny also teaches both adults and children at a number of other venues including Borough Market, The Bertinet Kitchen and various primary school classrooms. 

In 2016 Jenny was nominated  The United Nations FAO European Ambassador for the International Year of Pulses, and she continues working to promote plant-focused diets with their undeniable environmental and health benefits. She leads the Forward Food Campaign workshops for The Humane Society International UK, working with catering industry chefs to create more sustainable menus, putting more plants on plates.

Jenny has previously published five cookbooks with Pavilion, including Pulse and Cool Kids Cook.

Su Kim Chung

Dr. Su Kim Chung has been Manuscripts Librarian/Archivist in Special Collections at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Libraries since 1999. She is responsible for selecting, preserving, and organizing materials that document the history of Las Vegas and the southern Nevada region. She is particularly interested in documenting the history of entertainment in Las Vegas and has written and presented on the topic numerous times. A graduate of UCLA’s Information Studies program, Chung also has an MA in history from CSU Fresno, and received a PhD in Information Studies at UCLA in 2015.
