Luke Findlay

Having fallen hard for ramen culture after a 2019 trip to Japan, Luke Findlay started his first ticketed ramen supper club in his Hackney home. Three years later, Supa Ya Ramen manifested a permanent home in Dalston, to serve its signature bowls of untraditional ramen toppings and broths. Luke opened his second Supa Ya site in Peckham in 2022 and has ambitions to expand into further cities around the UK and overseas.

Ken Fitzgerald

<p>Ken Fitzgerald is an adopted Texan who subscribes to the motto: “I wasn’t born here, but I got here as fast as I could.” A Dallas resident, he works in neighboring Fort Worth and has written and photographed features for railway periodicals over a period of thirty years. He first wrote and photographed the original <em>Dallas Then and Now</em> in 2000 and has now wholly revised and rephotographed the book a decade later.</p>

Lloyd Figgins

Lloyd Figgins is a travel risk expert, author and speaker. He is a former police officer, soldier and expedition leader who has worked in over 80 countries, including some of the world’s more hostile and remote regions. A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and internationally respected authority on the subject of travel risk and crisis management, he often provides commentary in the media and makes regular appearances on the BBC, Fox News, ITV and Sky News.

Captain William Featherstone-Dawes

Captain Featherstone-Dawes attended Harrow school and read Classics at Jesus College, Cambridge, where he achieved the remarkable feat of gaining a Blue for cricket and rugger. Following a commission in the Household Cavalry – he was Army golfing champion four years running – he took up a position with the Foreign Office, which he holds to this day. He is a keen amateur tennis player and watercolourist. On suggestion from a close friend he has taken up writing.

Peter James Field

Peter James Field studied illustration at the University of Brighton. His clients include Time Magazine, The New York Times and Vanity Fair. Peter’s work was recently selected for the 2018 BP Portrait Award exhibition. www.peterjamesfield.com

Derek Fagerstrom

Derek Fagerstrom is a San Francisco-based editor, writer, designer, shop owner and lover of the unusual, the eclectic and, especially, the hand-crafted. Derek has led the production and editorial departments at a variety of magazines including Esquire and Interview.

Guy Field

Guy Field is a designer, artist and illustrator. For his day job he works as a designer at cool London design company Studio Moross, and in his spare time he freelances as an illustrator. He has designed T-shirts for Primrose Bakery and American Apparel, and his work has been featured on influential UK design website It’s Nice That twice, including as one of their Creatives To Watch in 2015.

Meg Faure

Dr Sarah Karabus is a paediatric allergologists, with a post as consultant lecturer at the Red Cross Hospital in Cape Town. She has been published in several medical journals and frequently speaks at national and international conferences.
