Ceri Jones trained as a Natural Chef in Berkeley, California. Her cooking has always had a focus on health and community, and she has carved out a niche cooking on wellness retreats around the world. Ceri is currently Food Educator at the Garden Museum in London, where she has pioneered one of the first museum food learning programmes in the country. Above all, Ceri is passionate about empowering people with the skills and confidence to elevate their home cooking.

Evan Joseph

Evan Joseph is the New York photographer responsible for the epic photography in New York at Night. He has been a member of the faculty of Parsons School of Design and The Art Institute of NYC and his work has been published in leading magazines around the world, including Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, NY Living, New York Magazine, The New York Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Observer, and The New York Times.

Susie Johns

Jordan St. John is a Canadian beer writer, blogger and brewer, his articles appearing in many publications, including the Toronto Sun and newspapers in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Winnipeg. He lives and works in Toronto.

Joy Jolliffe

Joy Jolliffe was seduced by screenprinting whilst studying fashion design and illustration. Joy works at her local school teaching creative textiles. Her online shop, randomretail.co.uk, is now in its second year.

Russell Johnson

Russell Johnson was born and raised in Memphis. He is the son of sharecroppers and the grandson of a Memphis streetcar conductor. A sustaining member of the West Tennessee Historical Society, Johnson is the owner and primary author of the website MemphisHistory.com, a resource aimed at promoting regional and cultural pride.

James Campi Jr.

<p>James Campi Jr. is a political communications veteran who holds a lifelong interest in the Civil War. He is currently responsible for government and public relations at the Civil War Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Civil War battlegrounds. He has edited several books on the Civil War and has successfully lobbied for $100 million in government grants for historic preservation. He has also led grassroots campaigns to save Gettysburg, Wilderness and Chancellorsville battlefields.</p>

Stephnie Jeffs is a teacher and author. She worked with Derek Williams on the 21st Century Children’s Bible.

Karoline Jönsson

<p>Karoline Jönsson made her breakthrough in 2012 when her vegetarian food blog The Green Pantry was named Sweden’s best food blog. She published her first cook book in 2014 and today her blog has more than 20,000 visitors every month.
