Christian Mouysset

Half French, half English, Christian grew up eating his mother and grandmother’s cooking, often Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as tabouleh and salade Niçoise. After eating hummus at university with his friend Ronen Givon they went into business together, bringing top quality and healthy hummus to the high street.

MUNCHIES is a website and digital video channel from VICE dedicated to food and its global purpose. Launched in 2014, MUNCHIES offers groundbreaking content from a youth driven perspective. It chronicles the wide spectrum of the global culinary experience and the diverse choices that are pulling us forward: chefs and home cooks, makers and consumers, the politics and policies of food, ‘front’ and ‘back of house’ restaurant life, old wives tales and innovative news and culturally significant indicators in our modern world. Through engaging original video content, compelling editorial features, articles, how-tos, recipes and events, MUNCHIES offers a signature perspective on the intersection where humans and food connect.

Jane McMorland Hunter

<p>Jane McMorland Hunter is a passionate lover of the written word who works at Hatchards bookshop when not writing. She has written and edited several books, including <em>Ode to London, Favourite Poems of England</em>,<em> A Nature Poem for Every Day of the Year, Friends: A Poem for Every Day of the Year and A Nature Poem for Every Night of the Year</em>. She lives in London.</p>

Karl Mondon

Karl Mondon is an experienced press photographer and long-time resident of San Francisco. He has been responsible for some of the finest photography in the Then and Now series and his extensive credits include, Chicago From The Air Then and Now, LA From the Air Then and Now, East Bay Then and Now, Seattle Then and Now, Las Vegas Then and Now and San Francisco Then and Now (twice!)

Laurence Maslon

Laurence Maslon is an arts professor in the Graduate Acting Program at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He has written several books about musical theater and popular culture, including The South Pacific CompanionThe Some Like It Hot Companion, and co-wrote (with Michael Kantor) the companion volume to the Emmy-Winning documentary Broadway: The American Musical. He is also the host of the weekly radio series “Broadway to Main Street” and the editor of American Musicals (1927–1969) for the Library of America.

Kathleen Maguire

Kathleen Maguire has lived in Chicago her whole life and has been a resident of the city’s South, North and West Sides. She earned postgraduate degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago and DePaul University. In her current role as a guide for Walk Chicago Tours, she brings Chicago’s brilliance and magic firsthand to its visitors. She currently lives in Chicago’s Logan Square.

Eric Musgrave

Eric Musgrave has written about fashion for over 25 years. An award-winning editor-in-chief of Drapers, the UK’s top fashion business weekly, he has also held senior roles at Men’s Wear, International Textiles (Amsterdam), Fashion Weekly and Sportswear International (Milan). He was the launch editor of men’s style mag, For Him Magazine (now FHM). He is now a consultant to the fashion business and writes for many publications.

Karolina Merska

Originally from Poland, Karolina Merska moved to the UK in 2007 shortly after obtaining an MA in History of Art at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Inspired by Polish folk art, she started making Pajaki chandeliers in 2015. Her work has been celebrated internationally and publicised by Channel 4, The World of Interiors, House and Garden, Elle Decoration, Elle Deco Italia, The Telegraph, Time Out, Harper’s Bazaar and many more. Exhibitions featuring Karolina’s work include the London Design Festival 2016, 2017, Ace Hotel London 2016, Brussels Design September 2017 and Copenhagen 2017. Molly Mahon

Molly Mahon set up her eponymous company in 2015. Molly designs and creates beautiful and original fabrics, wallpapers and functional art pieces for the home. Her designs are inspired by her surroundings, both at home in Sussex and on her travels in India where she works with artisan craftspeople. With her love of home always in her mind she creates pieces to enhance interiors and create beautiful, joyful spaces. Molly runs regular sell-out workshops around the country and has a growing social media following (currently over 30K followers on Instagram).

Sara Matson

Sara Matson is Exhibition and Displays Curator, Tate St Ives. She previously co-edited Modern Art and St Ives, published by Tate.

Sally Muir

Artist Sally Muir is based in Bath, UK and is a prodigious portrait painter of dogs. Other subjects include human portraits and landscapes, as well as the occasional rodent and bird. For years Ms. Muir focused on her knitwear business Muir &amp;amp; Osborne as both a designer and author. With her partner Joanna Osborne, they have published seven knitting pattern books that include Best in Show, Knit Your Own Dog, (also Cat, Pet, Zoo, Farm and Dinosaur) and the children’s book Patch’s Grand Dog Show. Ms. Muir returned to university as a mature student with a concentration on Fine Art. Children’s portraits gave way to dog portraits. Muir is the recipient of many awards and her work appears regularly in galleries. She accepts and enjoys commission work — dogs and humans alike.

James May

James May is a writer and broadcaster. He’s best known for co-presenting The Grand Tour and Top Gear, and his previous books for adults include Carbolics and Car Fever. This is James’s first official book for children.

Lisa Macfarlane

The Gut Stuff was born in 2017 by co-founders Lisa and Alana Macfarlane (The Mac Twins).  They made it their mission to bring the exciting information they were learning, to the masses (not just the ‘wellbeing aware’ middle classes) and have since made www.thegutstuff.com the global millennial thought leader in the space. They’ve gained their profile through The Mac Twins DJ’ing  and presenting, and whether performing all over the world for Diet Coke, Armani, MAC Cosmetics, on tour with the UK’s biggest music institution The Official Charts, their primetime radio slots both with Virgin and BBC Radio 1xtra, or opening festival stages across Europe, The Mac Twins’ unique talent is their ability to connect with any audience – large or small – and keep it real.
