Stacie Stewart

Stacie Stewart is the judge for the sweet baking category on Simon Cowell’s new series Food.glorious.Food, which TXs in February 2013. A Masterchef 2010 finalist, she is now poised to introduce the joys of baking to a new generation. Stacie runs her own online bakery business, The Beehive Bakery. She appears regularly on TV, in newspapers and magazines. Stacie also DJs on the Northern Soul circuit. She lives in Sunderland.

Lee Sartori is the crochet designer behind CoCo Crochet Lee, a guest host on the PBS/Create show ‘Knit and Crochet Now’, and a member of Annie’s Creative Studio. Lee’s passion is designing modern, wearable garments and amigurumi. Lee lives in Ontario, Canada, with her two children, husband, and bunny. Karl Sjostrom

Under the slogan “Cider for the People!” Karl Sjostrom and Mikael Nypelius produce contemporary Swedish cider in the company Fruktstereo. They share a background as sommeliers in restaurants and are followers of the growing trend for natural wines. They run their business from Malmo, Sweden, where produce everything by hand – from fruit to finished bottled product.

David Silver of The Vintage Watch Company

The Vintage Watch Company, owned by father and son duo, John and David Silver, was established in 1995 and is now based in London’s historic Burlington Arcade. It is dedicated to showcasing Vintage Rolex wristwatches from c1910–c1990. Their unparalleled collection carries over 2000 pieces and is the largest collection of Vintage Rolex watches on display in the world. The shop is now a destination for watch collectors and discerning shoppers from around the world.

Meike Schaling

Petit Gateau is a French patisserie based in the heart of Amsterdam, run by Meike Schaling and Patrice Andrieu. The couple met in Paris where Meike opened a pastry shop after completing her pasty training. After six successful years, they moved to Amsterdam with their five children and opened Petit Gateau which now has 3 stores across the city.
